We set a new distance record today at 84 miles despite heat and late unexpected headwinds. We’re super tired but should be in St Charles (Susan’s hometown) for some rest days tomorrow.

Yall deserve some much neede rest after that. Enjoying the blog, will give a sigh of relef when you finally make it to Wa.
you can’t see them unless you look really close, but there’s a bunch of wind turbines in the distance, part of a farm of over 700 along both sides of rte 47 here. was awesome to ride along and look at them, but disheartening to see them turn towards the north to catch that strong headwind as it materialized :P
